Position Overview Vanderhall is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Public Relations & Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for potential and new customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout their journey. In addition to supporting customer care and feedback, this role plays an important part in reputation management and public positioning for the Vanderhall brand.

The Service Tech 2 position is responsible for providing technical support to dealership technicians in the repair of vehicles over the phone, assist in training classes and periodic travel to dealers nationwide to assist in vehicle repairs. Must have 2 years experience as a technician working in a service center. ASE certifications a plus. Must speak fluent english. This position is located in Provo UT.
