Process/Automation Engineer
We are looking for a Process Engineer to develop and optimize continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and assess existing processes and workflows. Optimize productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures. Track metrics to discover areas for improvement. Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards. Evaluate risk and develop countermeasures. Search for best practices and innovative solutions which could improve production and quality rates. Any other tasks or duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent analytical and math skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to identify, assess and solve problems. Proficiency with Automation programming and systems required. Proficient with computer and information technology. Knowledge of process engineering software systems Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations Proficient technical writing experience in a similar industry, preferred in medical device Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management. Education/ Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required. Previous experience in quality or business process engineering preferred 3-5 years working experience as a Process Engineer preferred Strong computer skills

Mechanical Engineer
Required Skills and Certifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years relevant work experience. Proficiency in CAD. Desired Skills- Injection molding experience, machine design experience, knowledge of GD&T drawings. Proficiency in SolidWorks or Fusion 360. Duties and Responsibilities-You will work with a diverse group of engineers and technicians to help develop Vanderhall’s upcoming products. You will be responsible for the design, testing, and sourcing of components for new vehicles. You will also need to communicate requirements with vendors and assembly technicians for proper installation of the components under your responsibility. You will use your experience and training to look for continuous improvements in Vanderhall’s components and products as a whole.

The Buyer is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the Company’s purchasing activities while improving existing processes and procedures for buying services, supplies and materials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management, communication, highly organized and problem-solving skills. Must have clear understanding of domestic and international purchasing procedures and be able to work closely with domestic and foreign vendors, freight forwarders, customs clearance brokers, and understand best methods of delivery. A successful Buyer will buy materials at or below budget with on-time delivery. Job Responsibilities Working with Vendors: Ensure that vendor performance conforms to Vanderhall quality expectations Work with vendors to resolve problems related to delayed inbound freight, shipping damage, packaging problems, labeling, deviations from quantities and products ordered Ensure complete prompt and accurate processing of purchase orders, credits and charge backs Reconcile purchasing records with accounts payable invoices Controlling Inventory/Material: Control inventories effectively by ongoing analysis of inventory on hand Take appropriate action to avoid shortages, out of stock material, and backorders, and assure disposition of discontinued and defective material Ensure material delivery is coordinated with the plant’s manufacturing schedule Job Requirements: Experience of at least 5 years in a purchasing environment Experience with ERP systems. Experience with Visual Manufacturing is required Proven negotiation and time management skills Strong communication skills
