Process/Automation Engineer
We are looking for a Process Engineer to develop and optimize continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and assess existing processes and workflows. Optimize productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures. Track metrics to discover areas for improvement. Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards. Evaluate risk and develop countermeasures. Search for best practices and innovative solutions which could improve production and quality rates. Any other tasks or duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent analytical and math skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to identify, assess and solve problems. Proficiency with Automation programming and systems required. Proficient with computer and information technology.
